Shipping policy

We currently only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time. 

Due to the nature of our products, we ship orders from Monday through Wednesday to avoid your order being stored over the weekend in a warehouse that is not climate controlled. Orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours of being received. We request customers in Alaska and Hawaii contact us for shipping quotes before completing their orders. 

Once your order is received by the shipping company, we have no control over how quickly your package arrives at its destination. Old Hickory Aromatics is not responsible for shipping company issues such as strikes and shipping logistics problems (this includes fire, flood, and adverse weather conditions).
